Born and raised in Medford, Oregon — Sarah is an artist, performer, and intuitive. You may know her as Rahsa Embers, or the Artistic Oracle. Tattooing since 2008, her bold style reflects her traditional upbringing in the craft. She is best known for illustrative realism, but has extensive knowledge of blackout tattooing as well.
